Chathurika De Silva

Chathurika has completed her Operational Level in Business Accounting at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK) and is currently studying for Managerial Level Case Study examination. She has 12 years of experience at CEPA and is responsible for the provision of accounts, project costing, liaising with donors and providing other financial information.

N. E. B. Ayomi (PgDLRHRM)

Ayomi is currently following a Master’s in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management at the University of Colombo. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from University of Colombo and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Uva Wellassa University. As one of the 10 young leaders selected globally Ayomi had the privilege of attending the Winter School for Think Tankers in Geneva in Jan-Feb 2019 under the On Think Tanks and Think Tank Initiative Fellowship. Her work at CEPA includes maintaining and processing administrative work related to Human Resources.

Udaya Guneratne joined CEPA in December 2001. He is responsible for attending to the functions of the front office reception area, coordination of events, assist in filing for the Accounts Division, monitoring costs of logistics in the field, and assisting in office administration

Shakila has a Bachelor of Commerce Special Degree in Financial Management with a  Second Class Upper Division from the University of Kelaniya. She has completed the Executive level of Chartered Accountancy and is reading for Corporate Level at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. At CEPA, her work includes day-to-day payment processing, operational data entry for management accounts, bank reconciliation, Managing Information System, other finance related tasks and assisting in the office administration.

Sherami has vast experience in administration and Secretarial work for more than 18 years and has followed a course at the Charted Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She has experience in many areas including, sales, photography, procurement and child protection primarily working in the NGO/INGO sector.

Infaz holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Special) Degree in Finance from the University of Kelaniya. In addition to his academic qualifications, he has achieved accreditation from the AATSL and is presently pursuing the Business level program at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Furthermore, he is actively engaged in expanding his expertise by advancing through the Analyst Level I program at the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Sri Lanka and the Managerial Level program at the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. With a experience exceeding seven years in the finance and accounting domain.
