  Dilkie Fernando, FCMA (UK)
  Deputy Director / Management Team (until August 2008)

Dilkie had over 20 years of private sector experience in the financial and management fields, including auditing, investment analysis, formation and operation of new ventures and strategic planning in service sector organisations. She has worked at CEPA since its inception and was responsible for the Finance, Personnel and Administrative areas of operation.
 
  Kishani Cader, ACMA (UK)
  Head of Finance and Administration / Management Team (from October 2008)

Kishani is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA). She has over 20 years experience in all fields of financial management, research and consultancies. She is responsible for the overall management of finance, human resources, and administration.
 
  Samanthi Perera
  Accountant (until August 2008)

Samanthi had 13 years of experience as an accountant in the manufacturing sector. She was responsible for the financial accounts of CEPA and the Development Fund and assisted the Duputy Director in budgetary control, treasury management and administrative related matters.
 
  Tania De Silva
  Confidential Secretary (until May 2008)

Tania provided secretarial support to the CEPA team and logistical support for the Board and Annual General Meetings. She is responsible for documentation relating to personnel management.
 
  Dishani Gunasekara
  Accountant

Dishani is a strategic level student of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has nine years of experience in the development sector in both financial and administrative fields. Currently she is involved in the financial management and administration of CEPA.
 
  Chaturanga Weerasekera, BA (Peradeniya)
  Librarian

Chaturanga is a Chartered Librarian with over 17 years of professional experience. She is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Resource Centre.
 
  Chathurika De Silva
  Accounts Assistant

Chaturika has completed the Foundation Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Sri Lanka and works with the accounts team at CEPA. She is currently studying for the Foundation Level examination of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She is responsible for provision of accounts and other financial information
 
  Jeganthini Kandasamy
  Personal Assistant (until May 2008)

Coordinated the EBPDN partners meeting and assisted in the organization of the Poverty Symposium, 2007. She also managed CEPA’s publication programme.
 
  Preethi Colombage
  Executive Secretary (until December 2008)

Preethi was an experienced Executive Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Professional Secretaries. She covered functions which includes logistics, personnel work, Members/Board documentation, arranging & facilitating meetings, liaising with Government officials/departments, and all other Secretarial work of CEPA.
 
  Feroza Sakkaf
  Executive Secretary (from December 2008).

Feroza joined CEPA in December 2008 as a Personal Assistant, and was later appointed as the Executive Secretary. Feroza provides secretarial support to the CEPA team and logistical support for the Board and Annual General Meetings. She is responsible for documentation relating to personnel management.
 
  Harshini Manage
  Receptionist/Secretary until June 2008

Harshini joined CEPA in January 2006, and her duties included managing the reception and providing logistical support for field work, workshops and meetings.
 
  Juanita Wickremaratne
  Personal Assistant

Juanita has over ten years of experience in secretarial and administration work in the service industry. Her work function involves program logistics, general administration, public relations and providing secretarial assistance to the Executive Director.
