MIT CoLab Blog Series on the Southern Expressway

This week CEPA is collaborating with MIT’s CoLab Radio blog, on a series called Evaluating the E01, which looks at the hidden costs, and high and lows of Sri Lanka’s Southern Expressway. The series is edited by Nushelle de Silva, who will be drawing from CEPA’s research on the resettlement process for the Southern Transport Development Project (STDP).
