Dr. Herath Gunatilake

Dr. Herath Gunatilake is an expert in environmental and energy economics. He was the immediate former Executive Director of CEPA. He has also worked with the Asian Development Bank and was the Head of Department at the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Peradeniya. His research focuses on sustainability, infrastructure, and energy trade.

Dr. Ganeshan Wignaraja

Dr. Ganeshan Wignaraja is a trade and development Economist with over 30 years of experience. He has held senior roles at the ADB, ODI, and the Commonwealth Secretariat and currently serves as a Professorial Fellow in Economics and Trade at Gateway House.

Dr. Indrajit Coomaraswamy

Dr. Indrajit Coomaraswamy is a highly respected Economist and former Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. With a distinguished career at the Central Bank and the Commonwealth Secretariat, he has contributed significantly to economic policymaking both locally and internationally. He has also served as the Chairperson of CEPA.
