Civil Society Organisations (CSO) Local Authority (LA) Action and Partnership Program

CEPA partnered with ACTED to enhance the capacity of, and cooperation among civil society groups and local authorities in Northern Sri Lanka to foster good governance in development processes and facilitate local service delivery to promote an inclusive and empowered society in Sri Lanka.

The initiative was targeted at local government officials at District, Division and Grama Niladari Level at the concentrated local administration in the Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu, Vavuniya and Mannar Districts.
