Policy Coherence in Sri Lanka’s Agriculture Sector: Aligning Climate Action and Reducing Inequalities
Description
This policy brief is based on the findings derived from a larger study undertaken by the Centre for Poverty Analysis in looking at policy (in)coherence in Sri Lanka in relation to sustainable agriculture. The project specifically focused on the ‘overnight’ chemical fertiliser ban which took effect in Sri Lanka in 2021. The study was funded by the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI).
