Thriloka’ TV drama – Viewer Circle Impact Assessment

As part of the assignment Thriloka Drama Assessment to facilitate Community Dialogue for Community Memoralisation Project – Phase II – funded by Search for Common Ground (SFCG), Sri Lanka, viewer groups were established with youth and community leaders to assess the extent to which the drama series resonated with the target audience with respect to coexistence, reconciliation and transitional justice in the country.

THRILOKA TV drama series was a 13-episode TV drama that was aired on a local/state channel from October 2018 over a period of six weeks. Five districts, namely Kalutara, Galle, Ratnapura, Badulla and Kurunegala were identified for the assessment.
