Administration

The Administration programmes is a support programme at CEPA. It is a five member team, headed by a Team Leader, HR Executive and Front office staff.

Many functions are carried out by the Programme such as managing the front office, provide logistical support to the staff, HR and Operational functions.  The Programme handles logistical arrangements, contract management to the staff to conduct research and communications activities. In addition, the Programme handles human resource management, fundraising and support the governance for decision making of the organisation. The Programme also manages the premises, provide various facilities required for the smooth functioning of the organisation, including procurement and banking.
